We are going to the meetings and speaking to the Marietta City Council. For those of you that live in the City of Marietta – We need your help and your support. One of the things recommended was to write to the Mayor Steve “Thunder” Tumlin, PO Box 609, Marietta, GA 30061 and express your desire for backyard chickens. Another thing to do is contact your council member in your ward and let them know you want to be able to have backyard birds. Lastly, go to council meetings and speak your mind! They need to see that people want this. Remember folks we will catch more flies with honey so keep those letters sweet and positive!
